Corrosion resistance
UPVC roof tiles have strong resistance to chemical corrosion such as acid, alkali, salt etc.
Impact resistance
It has got excellent load beating performance and can withstand even 150kg load without any damage.
Fire-proof
The polyvinyl chloride resin in it, and the chemical performance determines that it is difficult to be burned
Sound and heat insulation
The coefficient of heat conductivity is 0.325w/m.k, which is about 1/3 of clay tile, 1/5 of 10-mm thick cement tile,and 1/2000 of 0.5 mm thick color-coated steel tile. It has good sound insulation abillty
Stable and long-lasting color
It can maintain color stability even when exposed to strong ultraviolet rays, humidity,high and low temperature all year round and research has shown that the color quality is preserved for over 25 years.
Good water resistance
Completely non-water-absorbent,each sheet is big enough so as to reduce joints and all the connecting points are tightly connected so no leakage will occur.
Stable volume
The expansion coefficient is 4.93×10-5 (1/ ℃). Even if the temperature changes greatly, the tile expansion can be absorbed by itself to ensure its stable geometric dimension.These sheets preserve their physical qualities between -40 and 80 ℃.
Light weight
The weight is only 4.6-6kg per square metre.It is also easy to handle and lift, which helps to reduce the construction cost.
UV protection
The surface treatment is ASA which is anti-UV.

It is 100% environment friendly,helps save energy and is easy to recycle
